All of our candy is shipped directly from our store located in downtown Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin and is packaged fresh upon receiving your order. None of our homemade candies are ever mass-produced and stored in a warehouse. Want to order now but ship later? Just put the shipping date in the "customer notes" area when you check out.
We offer three methods of shipping:
- Standard: Arrives in 7 - 10 business day. These orders are only shipped Monday - Wednesday to avoid sitting over the weekend in a shipping warehouse.
- Expedited: Arrives 2 – 3 business days. We
must receive your order by 2 p.m. CST Monday – Wednesday. We do not offer weekend delivery on expedited orders so orders received on Thursday and Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
- Overnight: We must receive your order by 12 noon CST in order to ship for arrival the next business day. Overnight delivery on orders placed on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer weekend delivery on overnight orders.
PO boxes and APO addresses are shipped only via standard delivery. We cannot promise a delivery date for these addresses.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
In order to ensure that your candy arrives in the same condition it leaves our store in, we adhere to the following policies when shipping chocolates and caramel apples during the warm weather months.
We do not ship orders containing chocolate, or caramel
apples to APO or P.O. Box addresses.
Orders containing chocolate or caramel apples will only
be shipped expedited delivery.
Orders that include chocolate or caramel apples which
we receive on Thursday will not be shipped until the
following Monday.
The above policies do not apply to our fudge, salt water taffy, brittle, crunches, caramels or caramel corn. These items ship fine during warmer temperatures.
